Sire of Zavall is Casall, sired by Caretino, who already has achieved many successes in international competitions. Then we see in the pedigree the 'Keur' stallion and World Cup winner Emilion, who is also sire of winners as Glasgow, Ukinda, VDL Emmerton, etc. Cor de la Bryere and Alme are the cornerstones of breeding; they brought top horses like: Caletto I and II, Corrado, Corland, Jalisco and Galoubet.

The dam line is a strong Hanoverian strain which also brought the champion stallion and Grand Prix winner Orame. From this Hanoverian family are also the (inter) national jumpers Dorena II, Haleska, Mr. ITT and Zetor. Zavall's half brother Merlin, riden by Jefrey Welch, was champion of the 5-yr. jumpers from the east coast of America.

Zavall's mother is the 'Elite' mare Remilia , who delivered a good IBOP test, she is the daughter of 'Keur' mare Evita.

Zavall scored in the stallion test well for the basic gaits. In addition, he is striking relaxed in moving and jumping. Zavall has good reflexes and technique and jumps with lots of power.

Zavall: Interesting in pedigree and performance.
