First premiums TomTom foals at SSH Grading
At the SSH Mare and Youngstock Grading which was held Sept. 26 at the DABBS
Equestrian Centre near Giffordtown, foals sired by TomTom were very successful!
Three foals (one cold and two fillies), sired by TomTom and owned by Adam
and June Leggat from Kircaldy got awarded with first premiums! Congratulations!

Tsjakka wins horse trailer during CH Haulerwijk (Neth.)
During the 30th edition of the well known Concours Hippique in Haulerwijk
(Neth.) stallion Tsjakka and its rider Hans de Vries jumped four faultless
rounds in the best time. This made them overall winner ZZ-class and they
could take home a terrific prize: a large horse trailer!

Veldheer (halfbrother SSH-stallion Tsjakka) Dutch champ
ion
and VION-CUP winner
During the Dutch Championships in Ermelo Veldheer (S: Matterhorn) was
overall winner in the 6 year old class. With this victory he qualified for
World Breeding Jumping Championships in Lanaken (Belgium) in September.
On the photo Veldheer and its rider Hans de Vries, owner Ronald Wobbes,
breeder Bernard Wentink and owner Aline Wobbes. Breeder Wentink also bred
the winner of the 4-year class in 2001 (Plato, sired by Glennridge) by the
same broodmare. Today its half brother Veldheer took home the "VION-CUP".

Duchesse II (Sire: Marlon) champion filly jumping horse-class
at KWPN-grading
At the KWPN-grading department Scotland, which was held at August 1st at
the Scottish National Equestrian Centre in Broxburn, Duchesse II (sire:
Marlon) was elected champion-filly in the jumping horse class. Duchesse
II was bred and is owned by Ben Wentink of Scotland AI Service. Her famous
sire was standing at stud with Scotland AI Service last year. Her mother,
Tisza des Malais (sired by Kougloff
II) descends from an influential French bloodline, which produced several
successful jumpinghorses and stallions.

SSH Stallion Tsjakka wins Prix de Vainqueur
Best overall combination of the international Concours Hippique De Wolden,
which was held in Veeningen (Holland) on 17 - 20 and 23 - 27 July, was Hans
de Vries and the SSH stallion Tsjakka. In the 1.35 m-class they beat all
competition and won the Prix de Vainqueur: an original Butet saddle (worth
£ 3,530). During the Concours Hippique combinations from fifteen different
countries participated.

Scottish Sports Horse L3 Stallion TomTom (What's Color) has been sold to
Australia and will shortly join the EB Lodge Performance Horses breeding
program. This means that TomTom - after two successful seasons - will no
longer be available at Scotland AI Service.

Marlon-mare Shalon Stanford wins Junior Grand Prix of Moorsele The Marlon-mare
Shalon Stanford, ridden by Jody van Gerwen, won the Grand Prix of the Junior
Riders at the CSI of Moorsele. The Marlon-mare Shalon Stanford was also
succesfull in two other competitions, she was 5th in a 1.35m competition
and 9th in a Junior 1.30m competition.

Tsjakka successful at Great Price of Tolbert
Saturday April 5th Tsjakka won the third price at the ZZ-class finals (1.35-1.40
m.) of Indoor Tolbert (Holland). With his rider Hans de Vries he jumped
two faultless rounds and in the barrage his time was 27.46 seconds. A result
to be very proud of!

TomTom's doing great!
Just a little impression of how TomTom was doing today - after just being
graded in Holland - with his Dutch Prix st. George rider Mrs. Gerieke Broekhuis.
Showing after just 6 weeks training that he isn't only a very good sire
but is also extremely trainable and developing into a wonderful sportshorse!
Fresh semen will be available in whole Europe for 2008 and frozen semen
in the USA.

Callan Solem and Mianta (Sire: Hemmingway) win the $50,000 Duggan Equipment
Grand Prix at HITS Ocala
Callan Solem and her mount Mianta were up to the challenge in Sunday's $50,000
Duggan Equipment Grand Prix as they secured the blue ribbon and $15,000
in prize money for Quiet Winter Farm at HITS Ocala. Solem and her mount
Mianta had the fastest double-clear round on course designer Leopoldo Palacios'
track. The pair got the best of 42 starters in the first round and seven
combinations in the jump-off. Mianta is 14 and also won the $25,000 HITS
Grand Prix on February 3.

SSH-graded stallion Tsjakka qualified for the Dutch Indoor Championships
in Ermelo (Holland) on the 22. March 2008. He will jump in the ZZ-class.

[02/10//2008] Hemmingway-son successful
in GP
The American rider Steffen Peters earned with one of his new Grand Prix
partners, the 10-year-old Prince (Hemmingway x President) a score of 67.292
percent! This happened during the national opening contests of the season
in Wellington. Prince was bred in Holland and sold as a 3 yr-old to Willy
Arts of the DG Bar Ranch in the USA.

wins $25.000!
On February 3rd Cannan Solem and the mare Mianta (Hemmingway x Sit This
One Out XX) won $ 25.000 at the Grand Prix at HITS Ocala. Cannan Solem:
"Mianta is 14 now," sais Solem. "I am so happy to have her. She doesn't
owe me anything and to start off the winter with two great weeks is more
that I could ever have asked for."

Halfbrother Tsjakka 4th prize Jumping Amsterdam 2008
Tsjakka's half-brother Veldheer did well during Jumping Amsterdam. In the
1.20 m-class he won the fourth prize. Tsjakka himself entered in the 1.30
m-class. He did well too, but won no prize this time. On the photo: Veldheer

Tsjakka at international 1.40 m. class: 7th place
This weekend Tsjakka was at an international jumping event, held in Zuidbroek
(Holland). For the first time in his career he jumped in the 1.40 m. class
and.... became 7th!
