Emmerton won a superior win at the Stallion Classification in Adelheidsdorf 2001. A total number 1 out of 37 dressage and showjumping stallions! Emmerton is a big, beautiful young stallion with very expressive grand movements. He has an exceptionally positive attitude and careful natural technique over fences.
Emmerton is: "A truly 'cool' stallion with abilities well in line with Cardento", according to Peter Eriksson at Flyinge, who trains and competes both of them very successfully.
Emmerton has really just started his career in competition but is allready exceeding expectations. It is clear to everyone that Peter and Flyinge have yet another "Cardento class" stallion.
The Scandinavian breeders share Peter's opinion of Emmerton as they started his first season by breeding him to almost 100 mares!
Emmerton is considered to be most promising for the future in international Show Jumping breeding. His sire Emilion excelled on the international Show Jumping arenas some years ago, including a World Cup win at Millstreet. His Grand Dam, Fiance by Ladykiller xx, is also the Dam of Highlight. Nimmerdor, the Jumping Sire of the millenium, as well as Lucky Boy xx are on both sides of his pedigree.
